Congratulations to Heidi Yardley and Marina Strocchi who have been both announced as finalists in the 2020 National Works on Paper Prize. Heidi Yardley entered ‘Strangers to ourselves’ and Marina Strocchi ‘The Escarpment – Kangaroo Valley V’. With a long history, this prize attracts leading artists from across Australia working in fields of drawing, printmaking, digital prints and paper sculpture. Established in 1998 by the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, the National Works on Paper Prize supports and promotes contemporary Australian artists working on or with paper with a major acquisitive award of $15,000.
